Rosemarie Keller Skaine (born Grand Island, Nebraska) is an American author and sociologist. She is known for her nonfiction works, especially writings related to other cultures. She is currently an active freelance writer. In 2015, ABC-CLIO/Greenwood, published Skaine's latest book, ''Abuse: An Encyclopedia of Causes, Consequences, and Treatments.'' She has also authored national and international articles.
